I could barely think straight when this arrived from postal gods. Without haste I opened the package to find this much awaited red corset dress wrapped in tissue paper...pink tissue paper with the black stockings attached. I thought to myself how odd for an item to be wrapped in tissue paper but ran upstairs to try it on.

My assessment prior to trying it on:

Material: Silky Polyester- which I noticed was frayed along the back
Boning: Plastic- If you've got a not so flat tummy don't expect this dress to hold it in.
Hooks- They line the inside of the dress. Below the bust-line, along the abdomen stopping right above the hips.
Corset string- Very thin black ribbon
Stockings- On the cheap side. You're better off spending $5 on a pair that will stay up.
Garters- I'll get to that...

Now I will admit that I was apprehensive to ordering it, but my partner insisted I'd look great in it. The reason for my apprehension was because of the size. I ordered a 36 which technically I should've been able to fit into perfectly, if if weren't for my body being shaped like a coke bottle. I loosened it and slide inside and surprisingly it went on without any issue. Fastening the hooks was not an issue either. The issue started when it was time to tighten the titties down. I had to wrestle them to fit inside and once inside they refused to stay there. My next issue was the garter belts. My dress came with 2 instead of 4.

After searching around the house and up and down the steps a few times I reassured myself that it did not come in the tissue wrapped package. It does note that the garters are removable but if they're that easily removable that they simply fall off without notice, that's a major problem.

The stocking are cheaply made and like I suggested just spend $5 on a pair that will stay up.

If I lost 5lbs I'd probably be able to fit the girls into this dress. However I'm not interested in losing 5lbs. The girls are here to stay. If I had the opportunity to purchase this dress again. I'm not certain I would, even in a bigger size. I'd be concerned that my boobs would fit but it would fit baggy every where else. I'd rather spend the money on a well fitting corset paired with another skirt or tutu.
