Halter-top teddy wtih g-string - teddy discontinued by Coquette - review by sassy1_alw

I purchased the halter-top teddy with g-sting by Coquette in Lycra in the hopes of giving it a great review. I loved the style and the color but was very skeptical of the "one size fits most" comment. When the package arrived I went straight to my room to try it on and was extremely disappointed with the results. The entire outfit is made of the most un-stretchy fabric I have ever encountered!!

As I have stated in previous reviews, I am a curvy girl and a lot of these outfits just don't fit my curves the way they do the models in the pictures. The fabric that runs between the g-string and the halter top has absolutely no stretch so if you are even slightly too tall you will be more than falling out of the top. I am not a large topped girl nor am I very tall at only 5' 3" and even my breasts were practically leaping out of the fabric. My husband didn't seem to think it looked so bad on me but one of the biggest things for me when purchasing lingerie is that I feel sexy in it and this outfit just doesn't give me that sexy seductress feeling.

The fabric of the outfit, while not stretchy at all, is not uncomfortable to the feel. It is mostly made of a mesh fabric on the g-string and a shiny slick fabric covering the chest. The mid section ruffle is not scratchy or uncomfortable as it may look. I do like the fabric as far as feel and the color and design are beautiful but it is certainly not made for the average sized woman. If the fabric was a little more stretchy and honestly did seem to be one size fits most I would probably love this outfit but given that it is not I doubt that I will be wearing it very often.
