Corset and thong - corset discontinued by DreamGirl - review by Eyesonfire

This was the first DreamGirl product I bought. After the mixed reviews on the brand and originally buying a corset from another company that had fit issues, I didn't really know what to expect, but I was hopeful. It came in a clear plastic bag on a simple hanger.

This corset was exactly what I was looking for. The set includes a fully reversible plastic boned corset, a simple black thong, and removable black garter straps with plastic clips.

The corset itself is wonderful. It is sturdy with red and black on one side and black on the other with a heavy lacy trim along the top of the bust.

The corset has hook and eye closures down the front and a lace up back.There is a small gap in the hook and eye enclosures on the front where when closed you can see a small bit of skin. Lacing up the back did require a little bit of time and help from my partner but the look I got afterward was worth it.

The plastic boning held up well when tightly laced up giving me a curvy hourglass silhouette. The fact that this was fully reversible was a big plus for me, so I have two options for the price of one.

The only negatives I found was the lack of a privacy panel in the back which would have made this corset even better or a zip up side enclosure.

This is a fashion corset but a good one at that.

This set comes in 32 - 44. The corset is made from 56% polyester, 42% cotton, and 2% elastane (spandex).

The thong is a plain black satiny thong.

I haven't had to clean this yet but I would hand wash in cold water and hang dry. Also be careful when storing not to bend the boning.

This is still one of my favorite pieces. It still looks as good as it did when I first got it. I would definitely buy another in a different color.
