I was surprised by how shiny the black and white stripes on the front of these panties are when you take them out of the plastic wrapping. They are not in your face sunglasses needed shiny, but I was expecting them to be a soft cottony material. They are a 90% nylon and 10% spandex blend. Since there is a nice large cotton crotch panel, there must be a tiny percentage of cotton also. Oh La La Cheri recommends hand washing (no bleach) in cold water and hanging to dry. I place them in a pillowcase and in a cold water machine wash and then (still in the pillowcase) they went in the dryer. I pulled them out of the dryer after 15 minutes and they were already dry. They came through their "bath" with flying colors (and no fading!).

The front of these are narrow black and white stripes with a very tasteful, narrow black satin ribbon bow in the center of the waist (hip). There is a .5" band of ruffled, floral lace netting that trims both legs (front and back). The entire full back panel is sheer floral lace netting. Every square inch of these panties is soft and non-irritating. The material has a moderate amount of give (stretch) to it and nothing binds me in the legs or at the top of the panty. The best part is: no muffin top!!! There is a matching bra available that I would love, but I have been disappointed with bras I have ordered so I will wait for a few reviews first.

My only concern with these is that the lace is very, very fine. It is like a very delicate netting. I think that they will easily catch on any sharp items--fingernails, bra hooks, zippers--you get the picture. Usually I put my lingerie in a delicates bag. Occasionally the bag gets caught on a bra hook while in the wash so this time I used a pillowcase and tied the open end with a shoe tie to keep the panties in the case and well protected.

These fit the bill in so many ways. They are comfortable, sexy, well made, fit well and not a G-string or thong (unless they are your thing!). I was lucky to receive these as a free review item and will think twice before paying $18.99 for additional pairs. If the lace lasts, I will have to order two more pairs. It isn't often that I find undies that are this comfortable and are still sexy.

We still are not able to find a size chart for this company, but my measurements are: waist-29" and hips--38" and the size Large fits me perfectly.

The top of these panties measures 15.5" unstretched and easily stretched to 20". It would go further, but I wouldn't risk stretching them out too much. If your hips are greater than 38/39", I would order an XL. It is really tough to come up with suggestions for sizing, so you'll have to make your own decision. The side seams are 3" long and I measured across the crotch and it is an ample 2.25".

My guy loved seeing me wear these. I didn't say anything to call his attention to them but his eyes did brighten when he saw me walk out of the bathroom. I kept the panties on because we were on our way to his parents!!! While we were at their home, I didn't think of these once--which should tell you how comfy they are to wear. I hope you order these and love them as much as I do.

I have worn these many, many times. They are comfortable and sexy. They look sweet and innocent from the front but just turn around and ooo la la!!! Sexy!
