Was Heidi Amish?
I really liked the idea of this costume, that is why I ordered it. It reminds me of something Amish people would wear so we use it for role playing and I pretend to be an innocent Amish girl and so on...hey atleast we are getting some use out of it. It is made well and sewn together very nicely it just is not what I thought it would be so hubby and I are giving it 4 stars.

I ordered this Heidi Ho outfit in a size 3x/4x and my measurements are 49 inch bust, 49 inch waiste,49 inch hips and it fits me with no problem. It is made of 97.8% cotton and 2.2% spandex. It is machine wash cold water do not bleach and line dry it.
The fabric is itchy and scratchy and feels cheap, the whole thing looks like naughty lingerie for the Amish made by the Amish. I really thought this was a cute outfit right up until I took it out of the bag and felt the material there are loose strings all over the garment (scrap pieces not the stitching) All the seams are sewn correctly and there is no fraying or anything like that. All of the ribbons are in good shape there is no rips or tares in them.
The choker is made of the same cotton/spandex combination and it is Brown with a piece of flowered material sewn across the middle of it and a large pink rose in the middle of this. It is 1.5 inches wide and 18 inches long with a Velcro closure in the back.
There are 2 pink ribbons to tie pig tails in your hair with and they are 1 inch wide, and 36 inches long which is plenty of room to tie your hair up with.
The dress itself is 27 inches long from bust to bottom of apron. The arm sleeve openings are only 6 inches wide and have elastic on them and they stretch to 9 inches. There is elastic across the top of the bust line also. There is 5.5 inches of a white material for the breast area that is 13 inches across. The middle kind of looks like a corset it is black with flowered ribbon trim around it and a wide white ribbon accent and 2 cris cross sections of pink ribbon on each side of the white ribbon. There is a white apron with 2 pink roses made of ribbon on each corner. the skirt is made of a brown colored material and has the flowered ribbon trim around it with some white material sewn across the bottom of it. In the back are 2 white ribbons that are 28.5 inches long and they tie to form a bow in the back. There is also a zipper on the top half of the back that is about 12 inches long.
