The Love Diamond by California Exotic Novelties is a traditional rabbit vibrator with a twist. It has an embedded gem on top of the shaft for added G-spot stimulation! Rabbit toys are loved and cherished for their dual stimulation. Who wouldn't want vaginal and clitoral stimulation in one toy? Okay, I guess some people wouldn't, but I'm not one of them. This is a spin on the "regular" rabbits we see, and I was glad to give this one a try.

This is a bit different in that the shaft rotates, but it has no beads or pearls. There is a metal stem running up the shaft that controls its powerful 360 degree rotations. Talk about a treat to your G-spot! Embedded on top of the shaft near the head is a gem that will hit all your sweet spots while the toy rotates inside you. Combine 8 levels of shaft rotation with 8 levels of clitoral stimulation and you're in for one of the most memorable play sessions you've had. As if that wasn't enough, did I mention there are 200 different functions of patterns and pulsations? Icing on the cake, indeed.

Given the intensity and nearly endless combinations, I would recommend this product to a more seasoned user of rabbit and traditional vibrators. Simply put, this toy has a lot going on at once.

The Love Diamond has a plastic base, and the shaft/clitoral arm are made out of TPR. At first it gave off a light, clean scent. It was almost sweet and fruity. It was a very pleasant aroma. There weren't any rubbery or chemical odors at all. It was also free of any unpleasant tastes.

I own several toys made out of the same material, and I've got to say this toy is by far the squishiest of them all! It is very pliable, plush, and fun to squish around in your hands, as well playing with it for its intended use. Silly Putty for adults perhaps? Okay, it's not that pliable, but hopefully by now you get my point. It's very soft and, in classic TPR nature, does have a bit of drag to it. It's nothing a few drops of any kind of bottled or natural lubricant can't fix.

The clitoral arm is also very plush and is soft to the touch, even when it is vibrating. The only visible seam I could find on this toy was running along the top of the clitoral attachment, but it wasn't anything abnormal. It gives pinpoint stimulation without feeling like you're being prodded.

This vibe is free of latex and phthalates. Given that it is an average phallic size, a condom or toy cover will work fine on this toy and should always be used when sharing. The base is made out of plastic and has a lovely metallic shine to it.

The Love Diamond is a rabbit vibrator designed with a classic phallic shape with the exception of the pink or black (depending on which color you choose) gem embedded just below the head that gives this lovely toy its name. It is very alluring and sure does make this toy unique, but I think the texture on top of the gem is what really does the trick. It is slightly raised and has the appearance and texture of a cut diamond, with various ridges and such, giving this a really special feel. The gem itself is pretty thin. I was able to tell this because the TPR material is super pliable, and I was able to squeeze around and feel the gem. I was almost able to flip it upside down by pinching it sideways.

The gem area of the toy really does do a good job of stimulating my seemingly ever elusive G-spot. The texture and rotation combined hits all my hot spots, and it is nice to enjoy alone even without the clitoral vibrations turned on.

The clitoral attachment appears to be in the shape of three fingers. Put your hand up and hold your index, middle, and ring finger together and that's an accurate description of the shape. It should be mentioned that this has three little tips (fingertips?), but they are not three separate ticklers.

The toy has a total length of 9", with 5.5" being insertable. The clitoral attachment is just over 2" long and is very flexible. It can be bent backwards and sideways with no problem. The girth of the shaft is average in my opinion, measuring in at 1.25", but the rotations it provides will leave you feeling pretty full and satisfied.

The Love Diamond is a great waterproof rabbit vibrator that runs on 3 AA batteries. I've found its battery life to be comparable to other toys of its nature. There is nothing too special to note on battery life.

After reading reviews and the specifications on the Love Diamond, I thought for sure this would be my dream toy. It comes close, but this is the particular toy that set apart buzzy and rumbly vibrations for me. Rarely do I find a toy with vibrations strong enough to satisfy my personal taste, and with 8 levels of vibration (no, that is not including the different patterns and functions), I thought for sure I'd met my match. I found that the clitoral vibrations were actually too buzzy for me.

Levels 1 through 5 provide a steady increase in speed and intensity. Level 1 is a moderate to pretty strong vibration for it being only the first setting. Beginning at levels 6 and 7, the vibrations became too buzzy in my opinion, and it was hard to tell the two apart aside from the fact that I was pushing the button. Level 8 would have been pure ecstacy if there was some rumble involved, but the vibrations were not pleasurable for me. Had I used it longer than the minute or so I did on level 8, I surely would have been numb.

The shaft, however, is fantastic. The rotations blew my mind. The head rotates 360 degrees, and once I turned down the vibrations in the clitoral arm, I was able to relax a bit more and feel the Love Diamond work its magic. Wow! I have fairly strong kegels, and there have been several instances where I have stopped the rotating beads during use in some of my other rabbit vibes. Even my pelvic floor of doom was unable to put a halt to the lovely squirmy rotations I was feeling inside me. It was absolutely delightful. The embedded gem makes my G-spot very, very happy. I have a bad habit of thrusting my toys too hard, but I took extra care to make sure I relaxed and let the Love Diamond work its magic without much interference from my rough impulses. It truly was delectable.

Now, those are just the basic functions. Each are independently controlled by their own set of buttons with up and down arrows to control intensity. Between the controls for the shaft and clitoral attachment, you'll find the function button that is simply labeled as "F". There is so much variety in what this toy can do. It's almost overwhelming. Slow pulsations, fast escalations, roller coaster effects, etc. I'd love to be more thorough and name them all, but I really don't think it's possible. You never know what you're going to get.

I should also note that there is a general on/off button that needs to be pressed before you hit the buttons to turn on the shaft and clitoral arm. A red light will turn on once you do so. This is also very helpful if you need to turn the toy off in a hurry.

This toy is loud, and I mean loud. Typically, I find that the rotations in rabbit toys are what make them particularly noisy. In the case of the Love Diamond, the clitoral attachment isn't much better. If you don't live alone or don't get much alone time, you might want to pass this one up because I found that the noise level takes away from my ability to enjoy the toy. Boo for that!

Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is a material that can easily be maintained for safety. Remember to always use a condom or toy cover when sharing toys with a partner.

The Love Diamond did not come with a storage pouch, and the box it came in is not discreet by any means. Make sure you store this safely away from cloth (it's a lint/fuzz grabber, as you'll be able to see in the following pictures) and similar toys that could cause breakdown of the materials. Any kind of lubricant is compatible with the TPR this toy is made of.

Since this toy is waterproof, cleanup is a breeze. Toy cleaner may be used, but I prefer to use antibacterial soap and water on all my waterproof toys. The Love Diamond is pretty smooth and doesn't have many nooks and crannies where fluids could collect. Always be sure to thoroughly clean your toys, especially the area where the clitoral attachment meets the shaft. Let it air dry or pat dry with a lint-free cloth/towel. I find the air dry method works best for me if you're able to let the toy sit out upright on a dresser or table for a bit.
