Lia can be used for multiple purposes, I largely use it for clitoral stimulation but I also use it for vaginal insertion, nipple play, labia stimulation and as a non-sexual massager. You could also use Lia for outside anal stimulation, but if you decide to use her for anal insertion, keep a tight hold and do not insert past the widest part of the toy, Lia has no ridge to prevent her from diving all the way in!

Lia is a latex free mostly silicone toy, the handle is plastic, but the seam does not tend to grab or pinch. Lia has a smooth to the touch texture but will attract hair or lint as most silicone toys do. She is firm enough to feel but soft and flexible enough not to cause much discomfort even with vigorous play. No odors even freshly removed from the box and no lingering tastes after washing. Mostly smooth but has three distinct ridges on the "neck" area of the toy.

Lia has a likable if a bit strange looking design. The length from end-to end is about 8 1/2 inches long and the insertable length is roughly 6 inches because the handle makes up about 2 1/2 inches of the total length. The ridges are 1/2 an inch apart starting 1/2 an inch from the head of the toy.

The circumference of the widest part of the tip is around 4 1/2 inches, the "neck" is an inch smaller at 3 1/2 inches, and the widest portion of the base is about 4 3/4 of inch.

Flexible yet firm the Lia bends a little under pressure but can still hit all the right places. Many g-spot vibes and toys are small, have no girth, or have sharp looking tips, while the Lia may appear strange at first she has no problems with size, girth, or sharpness. Lia is appropriate for a user of any experience, her measurements are simply a matter of what one prefers.

I have had the Lia for about 2 years now and I have rarely had issues with the two button controls, although I will turn it off and back on again if I want to go from the third function to the first rather than cycle through all the functions, it hasn't been that inconvenient for me.

The power button is on the inside of the toy where the head curves in and the function button is on the opposite side. Both buttons have distinctive marks to tell which is which when conducting a visual examination.

To use Lia's vibrations you push the power button and use the function button to cycle through her many marvelous settings.

When you power Lia on she starts in the lowest vibration setting, a steady rumble.
Fun.2. is a medium but highish and steady buzz vibration.
Fun.3. is a high and steady buzzy vibration.
Fun.4. is a rapid but consistent pulsing.
Fun.5. is a quick pulse followed by a longer buzz repeated.
Fun.6. is two quick pulses and a longer buzz repeated.
Fun.7. is an escalating five beat pulse that starts at a low rumble and grows to a high buzz, repeated.
Fun.8. is a rumbling steady escalation vibration. It pulses twice at medium and pulses twice again at the highest vibration, repeated.
Fun.9. is slightly similar to Fun.8. but a bit slower on the rise and then it slowly decreases in vibration rather than starting at the lowest setting again, repeated.
Fun.10. is an escalating 3 beat pulse, then starts on the lowest setting and escalates with no pulse, repeated.

Ah! Beautiful simplicity! Lia is a silicone toy, it means only water based lubricants can be used with her, but she is easy to clean. Toy cleaner or regular soap and water work fine to wash. I recommend air drying on a clean hard surface since she attracts hair, lint and other particles when damp especially. If you use lia anally or intend on sharing her you can clean her with a 10% bleach solution or wrap her in a condom before use. I generally keep her in a box with like material toys or I keep her in a ziploc bag and hidden in a drawer.

Oh it has been some time since I bought Lia but I remember the package was clear with some color decorations on it. I like clear packages because I can see what I am purchasing with no ambiguity. The package said Lia was silicone, had ten functions, and was water proof- all of which was true. The back said the same but had images of the buttons and explanations for those of us who are symbol impaired. It really was a lovely plastic box.

I am sensitive to vibrating toys, something very powerful just makes my lady bits go numb, and something too weak just never does it. The Lia is a good place between the extremes that I found pleasant. All her vibrations are centered in the tip which allows for pinpointing where you want the most vibrations. Over the years her excessive use has made her a bit louder but not by an extreme amount. She also makes a crinkle or crack noise now if I flex her neck too much. I'm afraid she may be going the way of the do-do bird all too soon.

Lia is probably my best and most stable bedroom companion I use her for my private shower escapades because she is quiet and effective. I also use her during partner play because she can stimulate us both nicely during the fun. If my partner is on top she isn't too bulky to slip between us for fun, and if I am on top the angle of her head makes clit stimulation that much easier. If you like it doggy-style Lia is light weight and won't tire your arm if you mover her beneath yourself to get some smooth vibes going. She really is a versatile and fun toy that I highly recommend.
