Kaya - dual action vibrator discontinued by PicoBong - review by AMS3188

So my shiny, new PicoBong Kaya arrived on my doorstep this afternoon and I was super eager to try it! The first thing to mention is the package. Compared to many (cheaper) toys and dildos, Kaya is packaged in a simple, pretty box bearing the name of the product without any extraneous stuff or pictures of porn stars, etc. I really appreciated the way it was presented. Inside of the package, the same sleek and simple design continued. Kaya is a pretty little thing. I would call the color a pacific blue, not neon like so many toys. Besides the look of the toy, the first thing I noticed was the texture. It's covered in a velvety smooth silicone, except for the very bottom cap, which removes for the batteries. The feel was so silky! It's also worth noting that there was absolutely no plastic-y smell or taste fresh out of the box.

So far, so good! Now for the real test. I got myself a little warmed up and brought Kaya out to play. I was immediately thrilled to notice that this toy is super quiet. This is usually my biggest concern when masturbating because I have roommates and very thin walls. Even on the highest setting, I could relax with Kaya knowing no one could hear a thing. The silky texture felt nice against my labia and slid around easily without any lube. The shape of Kaya worked well for my anatomy. When inside, the shaft angled perfectly into my g-spot. There was also quite a bit of pressure because the shaft is fairly girth-y and completely inflexible. Personally, I really liked the shaft piece. The clitoral arm on the other hand is flexible. This is a great feature! It took me a minute to arrange things so that I was getting vibrations on my clit, so if the arm was not moveable, it would have been a bust. Once I got set up though, she was hitting all the right places.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the vibrations of Kaya are more of a deep rumble than a buzz. Perhaps I am a bit of a power queen, but I was surprised at the vibration strength (or lack of it). The plus and minus buttons on the side of the shaft change the intensity. I quickly discovered that I would need to turn it up all the way, especially to feel it inside. I almost couldn't tell Kaya was even on when at her lowest level. That being said, the 12 different modes were awesome! I especially enjoyed the quick pulsations. I will say that the controls, though not visually confusing, were kind of hard to figure out when in the thick of things. I couldn't always figure out what mode I was on, but I pretty much always liked it. Overall, I'm happy I bought this toy, but there is a little room for improvement.

The three pulsating modes of vibration were really awesome! I also enjoyed the random pattern, surprise-me mode. Good for G-spot stimulation too!

I must say that after a while, I am not quite as excited about the PicoBong Kaya as I was originally. I still believe that her greatest quality is the sound level. Kaya is so quiet; I feel confident that my roommates never hear me. It's probably worth the money just for that. I noticed that I haven't been using many of the different modes of vibration, most likely because the buttons are hard to maneuver once the shaft is inserted. I also have to admit, I have used this vibrator in addition to another vibrator on occasion. I know that sounds really indulgent, but sometimes Kaya just isn't giving me enough external stimulation, and I make sort of a clit sandwich with the Kaya clit stimulating arm underneath and another vibrator on top. I still like and use this toy regularly but I wouldn't say it's my absolute favorite anymore.
