Kaya - rabbit vibrator by PicoBong - review by Valyn

Picobong, a new subset brand that's branched off from LELO, is "an exciting new brand from LELOi AB, the leaders in intimate accessories, PicoBong is here to show you pleasure comes in a variety of packages" (Picobong website). The Kaya toy is a rabbit vibrator that is waterproof and comes in bright colors. White the vibrator can be used to stimulate external areas of the body such as the nipples or clitoris, it is supposed to be used with the larger shaft inserted, stimulating the g-spot, and the smaller shaft vibrating on the clit. Like most LELO toys, it has a gradual scale of vibration intensity (along with a variety of vibration patterns) that makes it a great toy for users of all experience levels. Being waterproof, the Kaya can be used anywhere, anytime - as long as you have the batteries to run it!

The Kaya is mostly silicone with a plastic base of the same color. It has a EF material safety rating of 8, possibly because of the plastic, but you can't insert the plastic part anyway. The silicone part is all smooth, and the plastic end has concentric ridges all around it. Just to note, the silicone part of the toy is food-grade material, hypo-allergenic, does not have latex, and is Phthalates free. Silicone is also non-porous, which makes it safer if sharing, but I always recommend using a condom on toys you share. The toy isn't very squishy; it's rather rigid to grip.

The Kaya is 8 inches long (5 of that are insertable) and the whole thing is slightly curved to better fit the female form. The insertable part is about 1 inch in diameter, which is friendly for most users. It comes in bright blue, purple, or fuchsia. The Picobong logo is located on the lower side of the silicone shaft, right above the plastic cap. The design is sort of futuristic and minimalist - it's all one color and seems to try to not have lots of texture or design that isn't useful in some way. The ridges on the plastic cap help a user grip it a little better; otherwise I don't think there would be any. Since the toy uses batteries, I think traveling with the Kaya would be relatively easy - but I would suggest getting a silky baggy to hold the toy when not in use.

Like many LELO toys, the Kaya has a very easy user interface and multiple speeds and patterns that are all relatively quiet. Near the base of the toy are 3 buttons: a plus and minus symbol, and the letter 'M' between them. Turning the toy on and off is very easy - simply hold the plus or minus sign to turn the toy on and off and also increase or decrease the vibration intensity. Once the toy is on, the M button will cycle through the 12 vibration patterns.

I found cleaning this toy super easy - just a little warm water right after use cleaned it right up. For harder to clean messes, I'd recommend a mild soap and warm water, and then pat dry or let it sit out to dry. I do wish this toy came with a case, because that's all it needs! Also, just to note- because this toy is silicone, it cannot be used with silicone-based lubricants, but just about anything else goes.
