We all carry our stress and tension in different parts of our backs, necks and shoulders. I have the tendency to carry it all right across the top of my shoulders. And if I sleep in a weird position it just adds to the pain that I get there from time to time. My husband and boyfriend to dry to work on my shoulders and I even have a girlfriend who does it for a living work on them too. But I always end up with them hurting the next day and it's a bit hard to do it myself.

I was really happy with the Isis popped up in my que so that I could work on it some myself. The Iris is a finger vibrator/massager. It comes in lime, orange, baby blue and lilac colors. I ended up getting the lilac one. It's two and a half inches long and 3/4 inch wide. It comes with a few different sized finger casings that can be changed on the toy. They slide in and out and you can find one that fits your just right and is comfortable. It has a push button to turn it on and off. But it has only one buzz setting.

It's a bit of a loud toy, but it is fairly powerful for it's tiny size.

As a sexual toy, it doesn't work at all for me. It's just to small to really get the vibrations that I like. But it is the perfect toy for working on the knots that I get in my shoulders when I don't have someone around to help me out with that. I can just pop the Iris on and dig in. I can actually get them out myself this way.

The other really wonderful thing is that the Iris is totally rechargeable and it comes with the power adapter too. So, it is a wonderfully diverse little green friendly toy.
