The iRide makes a good choice for guys who want to use it anally as well. The clitoral bump doesn't get in the way, and the firm plastic actually provides a good material for stronger thrusts.

We still use this one regularly, and it's still working fantastically, but the insertable portion is a big large in girth (and pretty rigid) for us to use this regularly. The batteries seem to do fine just staying in the iRide, though, and we've had no problems with them draining themselves.
