How Can I Review You?
How do you give a review on a toy that does not work. It was inexpensive and so I will just take it as a loss.

So basically this little massager did not work at all. I put the power in and nothing. I really do not have anything to say about this product other than it did not work, but was inexpensive so I will just take it as a loss.
The review does require that I put at least 300 words, and yet I have absolutely nothing to say about a toy that does not work... so may I recommend this one:

The Handy Massager is a wonderful addition to your bedroom. It provides strong vibrations and is perfect for giving sensual massages. The massager also can be used for clitoral stimulation and is waterproof for bath play! The price is unbeatable, and it is great for gift giving!
The Handy Massager requires 1 AA battery and stays strong through about five long uses. The toy is controlled by twisting it. There are three settings: On/Off/Open. It is basic and very simple to use. The entire toy does put off strong vibrations, so if you are using it to give a massage, your hand will most likely become numb after extended use. It isn't too noisy and if you were to use it for clitoral stimulation you would be able to conceal it through a closed door for sure! The toy is also waterproof so try it out in the shower. It will add some extra fun to bathing time!
My favorite use for this is massages. We use a small amount of baby oil or massage oil and roll the massager across each other. It is very soothing. We personally do not use this toy as a clitoral stimulator, but the possibilities are there. The vibrations are very strong, and would surely be able to please.

You exchange it, that's how. As it is, this review will be getting a not useful at all review. Toys are sometimes defective but the only way we can give it a review is to get a model that works (or at least try to; if they all suck then make note of it) and mention our experiences with the dead version. Otherwise, you're just reviewing your experience which could completely be a fluke and doesn't help customers. I just had to exchange a $150 vibe because it was defective but I feel that my job as a reviewer is to give everything a chance. -
I would definitely exchange it. I have been able to take toys back to some stores...some have a cow (and I NEVER go back there again), but most will try to get you a new one. If not, they will contact the manufacturer. -
If you purchased this toy from Eden you should definitely contact customer service to see about getting it exchanged. I am afraid I agree with Adriana that this is not a useful review. Every model toy, no matter what the cost, will have some pieces arrive DOA. It's just the nature of manufactured products. I'd much rather see you exchange this product and revise your review based on a working model. -
Sorry, I agree with everyone else. Either exchange it and review the new one or don't review it at all. -

I agree, I would definitely exchange it. Even if you got it for FREE, Id exchange it. If something does not work, the company owes you a replacement. if you take all the products throughout the year that "didn't work" or were not up to their set standards, and just threw them away, that is going to seriously add up! Thanks for the review on the other though!
