Mia is a wonderful, sleek, innovative vibrator designed for clitoral stimulation. While this little vibrator is small in size it is also great for vaginal stimulation, though it's not quite long enough to reach the g-spot. This little vibrator can be used to stimulate the clitoris, labia, nipples, and even the scrotum on men, though I highly recommend against putting Mia in your pooper. She's not a big fan of anal and might retaliate by getting stuck in there and making your life miserable for a little while. Mia is an excellent vibrator for couples during foreplay as well as for use during play, solo users who want to shake up the night, and for those who are searching for their first vibrator. While Mia is a bit up in price, she is sure to bring a rocking experience to those new and old to vibrators and clitoral stimulators.

Mia is made of smooth, hard plastic with a silicone control pad along the top of the vibrator. The silicone control pad is textured a bit to indicate the controls of the vibration using "+/-". Other than the raised control pad there is no other texture to Mia other than the slight break in consistency between the base of the shaft of the vibrator and the silver ring that separates the vibrator from the charger. There is no smell or taste associated with the material which makes it appealing to the senses. Seriously, you try having sex with something that smells like stale perfume and a nursing home and tell me if it gets you off. Mia, fortunately, does not have a putrid stench, or any stench for that matter. The lack of texture and scent makes this vibrator appealing to both experienced and new users.

Mia is designed discreetly and has the appearance of a tube of lipstick. The base of the vibrator, which houses the USB charging port, is shaped like the top of a lipstick tube. One side of the cap, which is removable, is flat and smooth while the opposite side is flattened a bit in the shape of an oval with the LELO insignia upon it. The flat, slanted oval spans from the tip of the cap to the round base of the cap. The design of the cap is meant for discretion and works well for fooling someone who may go through your purse and feel the vibrator inside. The cap is easy to remove and replace as it requires no turning or twisting to remove it from the vibrator.

Between the cap of the vibrator and the shaft is a plastic silver ring that separates the two. This is not a seal that will prevent water from leaking inside of the USB port if submerged in water. This piece of plastic is used to serve as a buffer between the cap and the shaft in order to separate the two. There is no other purpose for this ring.

The shaft of the vibrator is smooth with no texture, save for the control panel on the top of the shaft, and comes to a point at the tip of the shaft to form the head. There is no distortion in size of the shaft as it is equal in diameter and girth on both sides. While the shaft is not designed to be inserted into the vagina for g-spot stimulation, there is about an inch to a half an inch of the shaft that can be inserted into the vagina for internal stimulation. The vibrations are easy to turn on, but you're going to have to charge Mia before she can get ready for action. To get Mia ready to make you suddenly lose control and have a fire within your soul, locate the silicone control panel along the shaft. To activate the vibrations hold down the + side of the control panel and the vibrator will rev up to full speed. If you like to test the different vibration settings on Mia, there are thirteen settings, including the lowest and strongest, of solid vibration patterns. Mia also has three patterned vibration settings that can be activated. If you like pulsating sensations, release the + button once the vibrations have reached the highest steady vibration setting. Press the + button once to activate the pulsating vibration patterns. The three patterns to choose from are as follows:

1. Slow and steady
2. Medium and steady
3. Quick and steady

All three pattern settings pulsate the highest vibration setting with no soft gradual progression of vibrations. To deactivate the pulsation settings, hold down the - button to return to the steady, solid vibrations. After Mia has made herself irresistible and you've gotten your fill, turning Mia off is simple. To turn the vibrations off, hold down the - button until the vibrations completely stop. How to tell if your vibrator is completely off is to press the - button after you feel the vibrations have stopped to see if the LED light flashes. If it does, the vibrations are still active.

The vibrations are dispersed evenly throughout the vibrator, though they focus and pinpoint in the head of the shaft of Mia. If you use silicone lubricant and it gets on the panel it could ruin the material.

LELO does wonders with their packaging. Mia came packaged in a purple box with the LELO insignia on the front of the box. On the back of the box was a picture of Mia with a bit of information about her in different languages. Upon opening the box there is a black box with the LELO insignia inside. Mia is encased in a piece of plastic inside of the black box with the cap placed separately to expose the USB port. Beneath the black plastic removable insert that Mia is stored in is a pouch and a booklet of information on LELO and their other products. The packaging is elegant, though it's not discreet, so store with caution.
