Elise - g-spot vibrator by LELO - review by Lady Alexandria

Elise is quite expensive. No doubt about it. Being a penny-pincher at heart, I was having second thoughts the minute I clicked "Submit" to finalize my purchase.

When Elise finally came in the mail I locked myself into my bedroom and tore the box open. As with all Lelo products, the packaging was phenomenal. Opening up a Lelo product is like opening up a very special gift. A black box depicting the colour toy I chose--and inside of that was cradled the cardboard box which housed Elise. Underneath the display of Elise was a silk white travel bag, instruction manual, 1-year warranty and the plug to recharge.

Elise, upon first sight, seemed enormous. I was concerned that I had, not only spent way too much money on her, but bought a toy that was too large for me.
Despite my concerns, I couldn't help but relish in her beauty. She has a matte finish that's velvety to the touch (so velvety, in fact, that you just want to keep petting her), and is made of ABS / body safe phthalate-free silicone.
Her size is 220 x 42 x 35 mm, but looks much bigger.
As with seemingly all Lelo products, Elise is to be charged 2 hours--and then you get in return a blissful 4 hours of play. According to the booklet, she holds charge for up to 90 days (but I've never actually tested that).

Anyway, with the technical information out of the way ... you're probably wondering how she stands in performance. My first time with Elise was comparable to my first time with Ella (another LELO toy). I always seem to run out of lube when I get a new toy. In other words, the first time was not pleasant.
When using Elise, you MUST have lube--otherwise it turns to push in and pull out.
Second time, having acquired lube, Elise was amazing. She's very 'filling', which is very pleasant. So when you're close to orgasm and you squeeze down there is extra pleasure to be had. Plus, depending on how you thrust, you can sometimes feel her powerful vibrations deep down in the general area of your rear.
Elise has about 5 modes of vibration. She pulses, vibrates at either end (separately), or vibrates through the entire shaft. When I use Elise, I use just about every mode. I start out with a soft vibration, move up and up--and when I feel myself reaching orgasm, I send her pulsations to the highest setting.

For me, I need clitoral stimulation to really reach a massive, blinding blissful orgasm--so I incorporated the use of Mia (by LELO). ((In case anyone is wondering, Elise does not make a good clitoral stimulator, she's just a tag bit too big for a clit.)) Trying to thrust Elise and fiddle with Mia was, at first, an awkward task. The two toys kept getting in the way of each other, hitting and clacking--very unpleasant. But after a bit of practice I got the hang of it.
Let me tell you, having Elise inside you while stimulating your clitoris is ... heaven!

Oh! I forgot to mention ... Elise is moderately quiet. I say moderately because she is not as quiet as other LELO products, but quieter than other vibrators in general. She can, however, be heard through a closed door---so I recommend putting on some music if you'd like to remain discreet.

After having a lovely time with Elise, you must clean her. She tends to collect all your fluids and lube and whatever else you happen to have while using her. She is not waterproof, so don't submerse her underwater. You can run the shaft under a faucet, but do not let water reach the silver rim as water can leak through and destroy her. Use warm to hot water with soap and, when done, I recommend a pat-dry with a towel (as she collects fuzz if you wipe her dry).

As I'm sure everyone can guess, Elise is not a discreet vibrator. If you leave her sitting out someone is bound to know what she is--just by the phallic shape ... even if she's a very pretty phallic shaped object.

I do not recommend Elise to newbies as her size may be too much. I also don't recommend her for anyone living with a roommate (such I as, who live in a college dorm) as the sound level could give away your private moments. I do, however, recommend her to anyone else .
