The Extreme Pure Gold from California Exotics is designed for both vaginal and clitoral stimulation.

The first thing I noticed upon opening the toy from the packaging was the large (very large!) size. After using it a few times I realized that the entire toy didn't need to be inserted, but the vibrator does have a total length of 12" (insertable length is about 7") and a circumference of 4.5". The seam is noticeable, but you aren't able to feel it. The cords are also visible from the controller area up to the shaft and rabbit ears, but it isn't too distracting when in use.

On the shaft, there are stacked rows of non-jamming beads (six rows of eight) that I never had any trouble with jamming, even after multiple uses.

The buttons on the toy are a bit confusing, and it's a little difficult to know which button controls which--there really isn't much of a difference between the high and low settings, in my opinion. One button moves the direction of the shaft in the opposite direction, but doesn't make much of a difference. Because of where the buttons are location, it's a little tricky to know which button you're pressing while using the toy.

The biggest issue I had with this toy was that the external rabbit ears didn't reach my clitoris at all. They actually went past my clitoris quite a bit and ended up vibrating around my pubic bone, which was more of a distraction than anything. It would be helpful if the vibrations of the rabbit were controlled separately from the shaft for this reason.

The toy runs on 4 AA batteries (not included) and doesn't burn through batteries as quickly as some of my other toys. The toy is advertised as "waterproof". While I have not tested that extensively, I have used it in the shower (not the bathtub) and had no issues.

Overall, it's not a bad toy but is made for someone who likes a larger shaft and has a specific anatomy that will fit the clitoral attachment.
