Vanity Vr12 - rabbit vibrator by Jopen - review by Sarintala

Not bad... but not for me.

Being able to accidentally shut of the Vanity Vr12 so easily is a major flaw. You start to get going and VRRRRrrr..rr...r..r. If ending before you start was acceptable the Puritans would have had a lower divorce rate. (You know you want to look that up.)
The feel.
Handle tends to rotate versus shaft.
Shuts off too easily.

Noise: You know it's on and anyone in the room or passing in the hall will know too. Depending on the insulation they might know a room over. Still, I've heard worse and it's not an annoying buzz. A strong fan or some music could disguise it.

Rotation: The handle tends to move a whole lot more then the shaft once it's inserted. Very annoying.

Vibration: The vibration seems pretty good... I just can't get the slug to hit the right spot on me. It's either above, under, or not pressing against me enough for good clitoral stimulation. I've tried varying the depth to find the right placement, but it was just frustrating. Pushing down on it with one hand helps but then I run back into the handle rotation problem. I think this problem has more to do with my body shape then with the vibrator itself. My old Lelo had more power though.

Feel: Oh, so nice. The texture is velvety and there is a slight give to the vibrator that is, for lack of a better comparison, flesh like while still being firm. It goes in really easy with just a light coating of lube. A lot of reviews I read before buying it complained about the ridges meant to stimulate the g-spot, but I honestly didn't notice them.

Looks: It's the typical shape of a rabbit vibrator with a slug clitoral stimulator. It's really bright purple/pink and all in all it's a rather appealing looking toy.

Charging: The charging stand it comes with is very cute and the way the lights move on the vibrator as it charges amuses me as it reminds me of rabbit ears, so it's a visual 'bad pun'. (Yes my sense of humor is that sad). The nice part is you can just set it in the stand to charge. You don't have to mess with inserting adapters, holes, batteries, or covers.

Controls: There are two buttons: one for vibration and one for rotation. You hold down either to increase the strength/speed. You tap either one to shut of the function. That said, I loath these controls. I'm all for a 'halt' button. Being able to easily and quickly shut your vibrator off is a necessity for discretion, BUT I shouldn't accidentally be shutting off the vibration and rotation almost every time I try to speed up or hold the handle firmly enough that the staff rotates rather than it. Slowing down either function isn't an option so if you got a little too intense or too fast you have to shut it off and start revving up again. BAD design.

Future: I'll give the Vanity Vr12 a few more rounds to see if I can make it work for me. I'm already looking around for for its replacement though.
