Purple Marvel... a means to marvelous

Overall, I think this was worth it for me, considering the price and the function. It's a fun toy that I come back to time after time. It isn't the highest quality made product... But it does work!

Use

This is a fairly simple, functional rabbit vibrator. It's primarily useful for female anatomy; there may be other applications but I can't speak to that. I could see couples using it in foreplay, but I haven't done that. Yet. There's still hope, right?

The flexible, elegantly shaped double vibrator does produce a range of amazing sensations. It stimulates the vagina, including the G-spot if your anatomy works well with the toy, and also the clitoris. You can spin it around to hit different areas in the vagina and buzz the perineum. I think it would be useful primarily for the novice toy addict. The button (there's only one!) is super easy to work.

It might be useable in the shower if you're super careful to let it dry out for a day afterwards. I wouldn't recommend submerging this. I tried it, and it didn't seem to work well for a while after that.

Material / Texture

The TPR material is clear, jelly-like and flexible. It can't be cleaned with boiling water. This toy is supposedly waterproof, but I would call it merely splash-proof. If submerged, it will need to be allowed to dry out for several days or it will mutiny. This has happened to me twice, and each time after I allow it enough time to dry out thoroughly, it decides to work again.

I found the flexibility to be pleasurable. Because it is not silicone, you can use silicone lubes, if you please. The texture of this toy is super smooth. Mine is in purple. It looks beautiful, like amethyst. In size, it is somewhat long and a bit thick but the point is narrower so it isn't difficult to slip in. Overall, I think this could be a good toy for a beginner to intermediate user.

The jelly TPR material draws lint like a magnet, so store carefully and wash/rinse prior to use. The clearness of the material allows you to see every smear or smudge. Even a clean, dry finger can leave a mark. The material tends to feel cool even at regular room temperature, so the initial sensation is almost cooling to the point of being temperature play. It warms with your body heat after a couple minutes, but the coolness can be stimulating.

Design / Shape / Size

The shape of this toy is kind of curvy. The tip of the shaft is more pointy and it tapers and curves to a very nice thickness. I found the shape of this to be capable of producing unique sensations inside. Maybe G-spot, but probably deeper. Kind of a tickle-y tease-y feeling. Very fun to play with! In any case, interesting and intensifying to the overall effect. No complaints there!

The entire toy is rather large and would not be the best thing to travel with. It's not as graphic as some of the other toys I have seen on this site; the design is simple, graceful and monotone, so not indiscreet. It's clear, so you can see the bullet and wires inside--somewhat modern looking in design.

The base thickness might be more than some users, particularly newbies, would be comfortable with usually, but I found that with the taper there was no issue whatsoever. As long as there is proper lubrication, there's no problem. Also, the super-soft jelly material is very gentle to delicate lady parts. This might be a good first toy for someone dipping their toes in the water and trying to get a feel for what they like!

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibrations are located in the head of the shaft and the tip of the arm. The control was easy to use... maybe too easy! There is one pattern of vibration. One button. Three speeds, and then off. It is so easy to use, it's perfect for a beginner who doesn't want to mess with a lot of complex functions or buttons. But, if you are using it on the lowest speed and then you hear, for example, your kid in the other room waking up crying from a nightmare, or whatever, you have to hit the button to cycle through the other speeds to turn it off. That may not seem like a big deal, but how hard would it be to have a separate "off" button? Also it's really easy to accidentally hit the button and turn it up/off unintentionally.

It isn't too loud. I don't think it would be heard beyond one room, even if the walls are a little thin.
It's supposed to be waterproof, but like I said before, it is a little flaky in this department, so some care is needed to keep it functioning. The battery compartment (2 AAA's) is a little tricky to get in just so. Also, the cap has to be screwed on just right. If you're in a hurry, it might not seem too easy.

Care and Maintenance

TPR is not the easiest care material nor the very safest, but since I liked the wiggle-ability of this toy I guess it is worth a little effort! It isn't a deal-breaker for me. This material gathers lint even in a sealed zip lock bag, so you will have to wash carefully both before and after use. Use paper towel or another lint-free towel to dry this. TPR can't be boiled and is a bit porous so you should use condoms if you're sharing this toy. I have never even had the chance to use my toys with a partner, so this isn't an issue for me.

Store this toy with the batteries removed, in a sealed plastic bag to keep the lint to a reasonable level. It's fairly long, so not the easiest to hide.
