Marvel - rabbit vibrator by Evolved Novelties - review by MornaStar

Slow As A Slug

It's worth it for a beginner, but for experienced buyers, if you are looking for something to wow you, this is not your toy.
Quiet and discreet
Not very powerful, bad button placement, one button for G-spot and clitoral stimulation
Rating by reviewer:
somewhat useful review

This, in my opinion, is strictly for foreplay. If you have another vibrator, I would use that after this. Yes, it can get you to orgasm, but it's a slow "coming," if you will. The vibration isn't very strong at all, even at it's highest speed. You have to go through all three speeds to turn it off, which isn't a problem for me because it's so quiet. However, the clitoral simulator doesn't always reach my clitoris, unless positioned at an angle.

This is really good for beginners and since it isn't too thick, it isn't too much for someone just starting out in this department.

I was told that it is only slightly waterproof, but I have been able to use it in the shower when the need arises. So, showers are fine, as long as you don't submerge the poor thing. It's very quiet, especially when it's inside me. I live with several room mates and as long as I'm quiet, they don't know a thing; it's one of my quietest toys.

Besides the three design flaws, this is a good, quiet toy for anyone who doesn't want something too intense, or who is a beginner.

Material / Texture

There was no smell to the product when I first opened it, which was nice because I have used Doc Johnson products that smell like lavender, lilac, vanilla and so on. This was a nice change, and so far, I am happy with Evolved. The texture is all right, but if it isn't lubed up, it gets easily stuck on skin and can rub you raw.
    • Flexible
    • No odor
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

I like how it is curved, it hits my G-spot every time which is a nice change. It is small and easy to put into a small bag with the rest of my smaller toys that I like to keep in my bedside table. Along with being able to hide it in my bedside table, it is also easy to put it in a carry-on; beside the X-rays, it's simple to hide away in the bottom of a bag during air travel.

Functions / Performance / Controls

One thing that I have found annoying is the button placement. It is placed at the bottom of the vibrator and it is easy to accidentally shut it off, or change the speed while using it. There is only one button for both the G-spot and clitoral bullets, which makes it good for a beginner, but bad for us more experienced users.

The sleeve that holds the batteries in place isn't attached to the top or bottom of the toy, so it can easily be lost in the dark and if you don't have it, there is no using this toy. It would have been better if that crucial part of the toy wasn't so easily misplaced.
    • Discreet sound
    • Weak

Care and Maintenance

Toy cleaner is best for this toy, but if you are in a pinch, very minimal soft soap and water is also okay for cleaning. Use your fingers to clean it and pat dry, do not wipe.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

I loved the package. It is a reusable package and if I didn't want to put this in a bag with the rest of my toys, I would have used it. Even if you don't want to use the packaging for your toy, if you don't mind someone seeing it, you can use the package to store something else.
    • Discreet looking packaging
    • Good for storage

It's nice and can hit the right spots. And while it isn't very powerful, it is quiet.

    Good review, thanks!

I curious why you say to only pat this dry, not to wipe it. Why is that?
  • MornaStar
I was always told to pat dry this material. I'm not entirely sure why, I just know that the material that the toy is made from is supposed to be pat dry. I did wipe it dry once and it left residue from the paper towel and even from my hand towel on it, that could be why. I'm sure there is another reason though. Thanks for the question!
  • Wicked Wahine
You know, I'm not surprised that you're less likely to get residue/lint from whatever you dry with. I guess the only other reason would be to prevent grabbing & then tearing the surface material. I was just curious if there was a reason I didn't know. Thanks for the prompt response!

good start at reviewing. what material is the Rabbit made of? certain materials are well known for dirt, lint, etc. sticking to them all too well.
  • MornaStar
@Wicked Wahine I apologize I don't know more about why. I was just told to do this. Next time I'll ask why so that I know.
@Edeneve It's made of TPR. It has a tendency to keep lint on it, so I have to keep it away from collecting it.

This is actually one of my favorite toys, but I can see what you mean with some of the problems. Thankfully, it's not outrageously priced.
At any rate, thanks for reviewing and helping people with their purchase choices.
