Ring Around the Rosie...

The Little Daisy is just about the cutest vibrator I've ever seen, from its shape to its minuscule size. It goes beyond cute, however, and performs with the strength of a full sized mini vibe (is that an oxymoron?) and even has different speeds and patterns. A perfect beginners vibe!

extremely useful review
I have no idea why I bought this little bullet. I don't even really like bullets. The only excuse I really have is that it wore me down with its cuteness. Every time I saw looked at it, it said "Carrie Annnnnn, I am cuuuute, buyyyyyyy meeeeeee."

So, yeah, I did. And I was very pleasantly surprised.

The Little Daisy is cute but it's also quite the buzzy little bugger, too, which simply amazes me since the bullet is not quite an inch and a half long and not much thicker than a bic pen. The remote is also tiny, smaller than palm sized, about the size of a silver dollar - only flower shaped. I expected it to be wimpy, more of a novelty than a bullet that actually worked so I was amazed when I clicked it on and it went "vroooooom!" in my hand, nearly as powerfully as the more standard mini bullets - even though it is, seriously, half the size.

The controller, as mentioned, is shaped like a flower - a daisy, I suppose. It's made from plastic with a velvety coating and has a raised, petal shaped texture on it that makes it easy to grip and keeps it from slipping too badly from between even lubed fingers. The vibrations are controlled via a push button in the center of the daisy. It's a single button so you have to scroll thru the levels and patterns of vibrations before you can turn it off, but I don't really mind. More buttons would have ruined the look and compactness, I think. There are three levels of steady vibrations, three patterns (basic pulses of varying speeds) and finally, back to a high steady vibration. Pretty impressive for such a wee thing!

The bullet - also plastic with a matte, velvety coating - connects to the controller via a removable cord. Removable from the controller, that is. It's permanently attached to the bullet. The cord is 34 inches long - plenty of length to reach just about anywhere you'd want to while still comfortably holding the controller. Because the bullet is removable, you can also plug it into other jacked bullet controllers, as well, so if you have one you like better, with patterns or controls you prefer, you can still get use out of the wee bullet by plugging it into that. Or, vice versa, you can plug a different bullet into the Daisy remote - though it may not have the power to run full sized bullets.

The Little Daisy runs on four watch batteries so it's pretty powerful for such a small thing, though it's also, naturally, quite buzzy with vibrations that are very on the surface of the toy. This also means they tend to sort of bounce around on the surface of the skin, too, feeling less deep than a lower frequency vibration would. Still, its small size means it works quite well for very pinpoint clitoral stimulation and can even be a treat for nipples, testicles, the perineum, wherever you like a bit of tingle. You can also use it against your beagle's nose and it will make her sneeze. Just don't stick it up any butts, because it has no flared base and the power cord on a bullet is NOT a retrieval cord. They can easily break, leaving you with a little pink vibrator stuck up your bum.

In general, I'm pleased with the Little Daisy. I can use any lube I want with it, it cleans up with just a wipe from a damp cloth, rubbing alcohol or toy wipe, and it fits really well between two bodies during intercourse. It's too small to use in the bullet hole of silicone dildos (Vixen and Tantus) but that's okay. It's also fairly quiet and unlikely to be heard from behind a closed door, especially if you're under the covers or have a bit of background noise going.

The only real issue is the batteries. Watch batteries just don't last all that long - you're lucky to get an hour out of them - and they can be expensive. Luckily, my local dollar store stocks them so I can get five for a buck. If I couldn't, chances are this little bullet would sit dead in my drawer more often than not but since I can (and you probably can, too!) it's quite economical both in initial price and to keep the batteries fresh.

I know it's cliche, but this bullet really is good for just about any level of user but may be the perfect bullet for a beginner. It doesn't get any less intimidating than a mini daisy that buzzes.
Follow-up commentary
I still think this is just the cutest thing ever and a fantastic choice for those looking for something totally non-intimidating that still packs a pretty great punch.

Care should be used when storing that you don't crimp the wires in the bullet as that is probably the first area that is going to cause problems. The excellent thing, however, is that any jacked mini bullet can be used on this controller so you can always replace the bullet itself and continue to use your adorable controller!
