Rampant rabbit - rabbit vibrator discontinued by Ann Summers - review by SubmissiveFeminist

I had my eye on a different rabbit initially, but there was a promotion during April, 2012 that I could not resist. I received this rabbit for free with an order over $70. Since I did not pay for this product, I would review more kindly, but I am going to review as if I had purchased it. Please keep this in mind as you read on.

Now, the 1 5/8" thickness is about the norm and is noticeable, which I include as a "pro" but if you're a beginner or experience pain due to size, I would avoid this one.

The first thing that put me off about this product was the material it was made of. I've heard horror stories about PVC, and it is pretty low on the safety scale, so I was a bit concerned. I do not use this product without a condom covering it. I suggest you do the safe to keep it safe and clean, as it is much easier to wash off after if you do use a condom or toy cover.



Above, the bottom part of the PVC-area is pictured. As you can see, there is some product flaws with this material. The PVC has weird spots and appears dirty at first glance. Also, be sure wash it with mild soap before and after using. It does come with a bit of a strong smell to it. Hopefully, this goes away with constant washing.

A silver plastic cover slides off and you can take out the battery pack. This vibrator takes 4-AA batteries. The silver cover has to be replaced carefully or it will easily come off during use. Sliding it on is annoying because it will try to snap on instead. No big deal after you figure out how to get it to stay, though.



Now, the good things about this product!

I really, really liked the rotating aspect of this product. A mechanism inside the vibrator rotates several metal beads and can be set to do so pretty strong. This feels amazing, personally. I love it!



The settings themselves is a huge plus, because there are a lot!

*Three regular speeds.
*One quick-flashing vibration.
*Two pulsing settings.
*One setting of three quick pulses and a long fourth.
*Six rotation speeds.

The control pad for the vibrations also lights up either green or red (or a combination of both) based on the setting you're on. It's very easy to work and determine what setting you are on based on the lights. The rotation lights simply escalate from 1-6.



The rabbit is also pretty nice, in my opinion. I had never used one before but I found it to be a nice touch to all the amazing settings. The ears separate to hug the clit while it vibrates.

Only other thing I want to note about this is that because of its many settings and rotation mechanism, this can be a bit nosy. I live in a dorm on-campus and I do use it, even though you can probably hear it walking by my room. But that's just me, I have no shame! If you're more subtle, you may want to consider the noise level before buying. However, once you get past the down-side of noise and PVC, this is a really nice vibrator. I suggest collection some free condoms from a health clinic or sex-education event and using the cheap ones as toy covers so you can make use of this safely.

I do recommend this for those who are new to rabbits, though, as it is very simple to control and the array of settings is so great!

I still enjoy this rabbit for the rotating feature. I don't use it often, but I do still enjoy it when I do use it. Keep in mind that because of the material of this toy, you should always pair it with a toy cover or condom. Keeping that in mind, it is still a great toy.
