We've owned a plethora of different toys, but this is the first bullet I've owned (unless you count the ones that come to use in other toys such as cock rings). For some reason, I had never actually considered one, looking instead to traditional-type vibrators; although, I use them strictly for clitoral stimulation. Never having actually owned a type of bullet like this, I was expecting the smaller type ones that I got with the toys as mentioned above. I wasn't really expecting much from it. I was pleasantly surprised.

The first thing that impressed me about this toy was the adorable classy cardboard pillow-type packaging it came in. The black packaging has a photo of the bullet on the front along with the name. On the back is a mouth-watering description of what makes this toy so incredible. The packing was cute enough for me to want to save it for storage, but by the time I finagled the product out, it was not salvageable (that was probably partly due to my haste in getting to the goodies inside).

I was immediately impressed with the look and feel of the bullet. It's made of highly polished plastic so it's non-porous and hygienic. It was larger than what I thought it would be (approximately 2 1/8" long and a bit more than a half inch in diameter) - the perfect size to give you enough to hold onto, but small enough not to get in the way. Smaller than a tube of lipstick, it's discreet enough to tuck into a purse and even if it would happen to fall out, most people might assume it's some type of make-up item. It's not heavy, yet it's substantial enough not to feel cheap or flimsy. Its glassy smooth texture reminds me of those worry stones you buy that you just can't help rubbing your finger over to relieve stress. This also relieves stress, only in a much more indulgent way. The glossy hot pink color was gorgeous. A part of me wants to collect all of the yummy colors offered! The silver band in the middle of the toy, where it unscrews for battery placement, gives it a classy appearance.

The batteries were a cinch to install. It takes 3 watch batteries and while I hardly ever use a toy long enough for the batteries to die and need replacing, this one just might be the exception. You simply unscrew the one end of the bullet, pop the batteries in, replace the cover, and you're ready to go. There is a black button on one end that powers the bullet. It has 3 speeds. The button is easy to find, easy to push (with a distinct click), but stable enough that accidentally pushing it at the wrong time is not likely.

The toy has absolutely no odor. It's a cinch to clean with soap and water. It claims to be waterproof and even invites you (on the packaging) to take it into a tub or spa. Splash proof? Definitely. Completely water proof? Maybe. I wasn't brave enough to risk the health or life of my beloved little friend - we've bonded. I'd be afraid that a bit of water might leak into the battery chamber where it screws together, but the seal does seem to be pretty tight so it's iffy for me.

It claims to be whisper quiet. Maybe it isn't exactly "whisper" quiet, but it is very, very quiet. If using it under some thick blankets, you might be able to get away with someone across the room not hearing it.

Simply put: Wonderful! The vibrations on the medium speed were surprisingly more powerful than most toys on high speed. I like super strong vibrations and the high setting did not disappoint. It's powerful enough to consistently carry me to super strong climaxes. The luxuriously smooth texture glides incredibly on my skin without tugging. It's easy to hold and does not get in the way during intercourse. Holding it in your hand during sex really takes up no more room than just using your hand. But it's way more effective! This toy is definitely one of my favorites!

I still really like this little bullet. It does pack a powerful punch. The problem is that the batteries no longer seem to be able to stay in contact and therefore, it's performance is unreliable. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Which I don't need to tell you, is not a good thing. When it works, it's still a very powerful, cute little vibrator and I still love the smooth, glassy texture.
