Finger massager discontinued

This Hare Doesn't Finish the Race.

I received two separate Silicone Finger Bunnies for free gifts. The reason I got two? Well because the first one was a dud, so I thought I would try it again... and the second failed on me too. Let's just say I won't be giving it any more chances. BUT I did get to test it for a few minutes before it died, and the results weren't very impressive.

Use

The Silicone Finger Bunny is a mini finger massager. The outside has a silicone bunny shape and the inside is a 10-speed mini bullet. This toy can be used for solo use or couple use. It could be used to stimulate the clit, nipples or any other external place on your body. It fits great in between bodies during sexual intercourse. It is NOT meant for insertion due to it's small size and removable bunny sleeve. This toy is good for beginners or advanced users who like a light vibration.

Since there are two pieces to this toy, you can use the bunny sleeve on a different (stronger?) bullet or vice-versa, you can use the bullet on a similar sized sleeve. Perhaps the Bunny Finger Friend or the Flirt Finger.

Material / Texture

The inside bullet is plastic which is a synthetic or semi synthetic polymerization product. It has a safety rating of 8. It is hard and not flexible at all. It is very smooth on the skin, with no drag. It has no smell to it.

The material of this Bunny sleeve is right in the name. "Silicone" Finger Bunny. You guessed it! The bunny is in fact, silicone. Silicone is a very safe material with a rating of 10! It is semi-organic polymer, man-made material known for wide-ranging stability and water repellence. You should only use a water-based lubricant with silicone products. Silicone lubricant can harm the texture. Silicone easily repels dirt and bacteria and doesn't fall apart with extended friction, it is one of my favorite materials. The bunny is very soft and flexible. It can be stretched, bent and adjusted when played with alone. When the bullet is inserted, it has less flexibility. It does have a bit of drag, I recommend using lube to ease the drag. It has a very faint smell of fake plastic rubber.

Design / Shape / Size

Again, the design is a given, it is right in the name. It is a bunny! This bunny has two thin and long ears, a tiny little point for a nose, a quirky smile mouth and a round shaped body. It is a happy little bunny. On the back of the bunny there is a finger hole that works well with my pointer finger, but also fit on my thumb.

The bullet is slightly smaller than the bunny sleeve, so that the sleeve can accommodate it. It is a cylinder shape and has a push button on the bottom. It is very discreet due to it's small size.

This item is a good traveling item because it is small and can be taken apart. You could have both pieces in different locations to make it more discreet. It could pass as a children's finger puppet!

The sizes I measured:
Bunny:
Length - 3 1/2"
Finger Hole Across - 1"

Bullet:
Length - 2 1/2"
Circumference - 2 1/2"

Bullet & Bunny Inserted Together:
Length - 4"

Functions / Performance / Controls

I was very disappointed in the functions for obvious reasons. The first bunny I got did not work. It wasn't the batteries, since I tried them in a different toy. It just came to me broken. The second bunny worked for about 4 minutes and then died when I tried to turn it on again. Again, I tried the batteries in a seperate toy, and again the batteries were good. Since the first test, I have tried to revive the bunny, but it does not awaken.

How the bunny is supposed to work:
There are 10-functions that are operated with a single push button at the bottom of the bullet. The bullet is run with 3 watch batteries (LR44) that are included with the toy. First you have to remove the plastic paper that is in with the batteries, and then place the cap back on the bullet. On the bullet, you push the button to start the toy, and you can rotate forward to each setting. The settings only rotate forward, and to turn the toy off you hold the button down for a few seconds. The 10 functions include 3 vibration settings and 7 pattern settings.
10 Functions:
1. Slow Vibration
2. Medium Vibration
3. High Vibration
4. Roller Coaster
5. Slow Pulsating
6. Medium Pulsating
7. Fast Pulsating
8. On-Off-Repeat
9. Drawn Out Pulsating
10. Slow Pulsating

The toy comes with a nice function pamphlet that explains what the functions are very well.

From testing the toy for such a short period of time, I thought the toy was pretty weak. I wasn't impressed by the power or the functions. The power can be felt in the main belly of the bunny, but barely. With or without the sleeve, the bullet is just not very strong.

Care and Maintenance

You can remove the bunny sleeve to wash the finger massager. Silicone is very easy to wash. It can be fully disinfected by boiling for 3 minutes or by throwing it into the top rack of your dishwasher. Or simply wash it with soap and water! The options are pretty endless! Once again, only water-based lube should be used on the silicone bunny.

The bullet has a bit more specific and careful cleaning instructions. The plastic can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping down with isopropyl alcohol. It says that the bullet is waterproof (there is a small rubber ring around the inside of the cap), but I would still be careful when washing. If you choose to use the bullet without the bunny, you can use silicone or water based lube!

You will want to store the toy in a safe location away from harsh light or heat. You do not want it touching other silicone toys. Sometimes toys can melt together! You want to store the bullet without the batteries to extend the life of the batteries and keep them from eroding. I would store mine in a mesh bag with my other toys in a toy box.

Packaging

This toy comes in a snap case (clamshell case). There are two snaps on the top that open and expose the toy and contents easily. There is a bulbous silicone tester bump on the front of the package, so you can feel what the toy is like without actually opening the toy up. The package is a clear see-through case and you can see what the product is, without actually opening it up. Therefore, it is not discreet.

Besides the bunny, the bullet and the tester silicone bump, there is a small pamphlet that describes the vibration settings and an insert with the basic information on it. There is not much to describe about the toy on the main insert, but the pamphlet is helpful for seeing the functions and is worth keeping.

You could store the toy back in the original package if you choose because it is a snap shut re-sealable plastic case.

Personal comments

Sadly, I don't get to really share a personal experience with you. I never used it on myself before it died (times two). I just turned it on to test it out once and that is all I can tell you.

But, if you get a full functioning toy, this would be a good warming up toy. It did not have a lot of vroom or power in my opinion and I doubt it could have taken me all the way. It might have been a nice teaser on my nipples or clit, but I am sure I would have to finish with something better and stronger.

Other that the disappointing weak vibrations, I do love the size and the look. I like that it is silicone and that the bunny ears bend in different ways.

Follow-up commentary
This bunny toy was a failure. I tried it twice and both failed on me. It wasn't the batteries - since I used them on another toy after this one stopped working. I gave it a good chance by getting two of these, so I don't know what else I can say. Sadly, in my opinion this is a waste of money.

Thanks for the warning. This is cute but it doesn't sound like it would be all that effective. I'll be staying away
