Oui - discreet vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by Airen Wolf

I travel constantly between Canada and the US so I'm always looking for toys that are effective and discreet to pass through customs. This product fits the bill in every way!

The oui comes nestled in a medium weight cardboard box with a simple but pretty light gray on dark gray pattern. The name of the toy "Oui" is embossed in purple along with the words "personal pleasure massager" in white. The box is two pieces and the toy rests inside in a rectangular cut out. On the back of the box is a picture of the Oui and the copyright information. The buyer is informed that the product was made in China while the packaging was made in the US.
This toy is not waterproof and that fact is stated in bold, oversized print. The buyer is advised to wash the toy both before and after use and the materials are listed as ABS which means simple soap and water is fine (if care is used to keep water out of the battery housing) as is any commercial toy cleaner. There is a seam running along the thin sides of the toy that can collect dirt, lube and other bodily fluids. I found that a quick fingernail scraping followed by a damp fingernail brush cleans it up with minimal fuss. It is relatively non-porous but can harbor surface bacteria so if you share toys give it a quick wipe down before passing it over.
The packaging also recommends that the battery (1 AAA) be removed when not in use.

The toy, itself, comes in a lightweight plastic sleeve that could be reused to store the toy inside the original packaging. The box is simple and discreet enough to rest on a bedside table and is compact enough to slide into an underwear drawer without raising suspicions. Oui measures approximately 3 inches across the widest point and is around 2 inches in height at the highest point. It is an estimated 1/2 inch in depth when laying on it's battery housing. It is very thin and discreet, not to mention a lovely shade of deep purple which is a truer purple than it looks on the site.

The toy travels well because it doesn't look anything like a sex toy! It looks like a pair of purple lips or a purple heart depending on the side you view it from which might get a smile and a question but that's easily explained as a whimsical personal massager for the temples or back of the neck. It has enough power to be credible as a massager. It is only one speed and the speed is fairly medium in strength of vibration. It won't make you numb or deeply relax a tight muscle but it will tease a nipple, clitoris, penis, scrotum or anal area like a champ! This isn't a terribly loud toy and sounds quite similar to a vibrating cell phone.
If you are looking for a clitoral stimulator and you need firm, deep or powerful vibrations this will probably only be marginally effective for you. If you need mild vibration this might be a bit much, but the vibrations are diffused over the surface of the toy in such a way that it could still work for you.
The heart shape of the toy is unique and allow a user to slide the toy around the labia and clitoris for a uniquely exciting sensation.

The toy is turned on by a prominent black button located on the top of the toy edge in the indent of the heart. It is cute and can be used to create a sort of pulse by just pressing and releasing the button or with a firmer press it will vibrate for as long as you need. The surface of the toy is smooth and the toy can be used with a variety of lubes since it is plastic. It isn't waterproof, however, and the battery housing is on the back of the toy so some care is needed to prevent lube leaking in.

I love this little massager for laying on a nipple and feeling the whole areola stimulated. This is also great for the labia/clitoris, or penis/scrotum, we've even used it to help the anus relax as a start to anal play. This is in no way an insertable toy but it is a great personal stimulator!

This is such a cute and diferent little stimulator! It works like a champ still even with many uses and at least 5 battery changes. I've notice nothing in the way of wear and tear on this little baby.
