I was wondering if nipple clamps hurt worse if you have bigger nipples. I can use nipple clamps, but my nipples aren't that big. My partner can't use nipple clamps and her nipples are larger. What do you all say? Private Voting.

I have fairly large nipples, and I've found that I can still use clamps. I've used magnetic ones, alligator clips, and tweezer ones. I prefer the tweezer kind because they tend to stay on really well; I've found with the alligator clips that sometimes my nipple gets caught when I'm unscrewing the screw to tighten them.
Either way, if you're looking for them to hurt, they will probably hurt based on how tight you make them.
If you're wanting to see what it's like without purchasing a pair you can always try bobby pins or clothespins first so you know sort of what the sensation will be like.

Just generally speaking I'd think clamps would hurt less for people with larger nipples since the pressure is spread out over more flesh... but in practice it's going to vary a bunch from person to person regardless of the size of their nipples. I think the general sensitivity of their nipples and breasts would be a more important factor here.

The only time they hurt is f I leave them on for a long time. And even then its more of a sensitivity not "OMG this hurts" kind of feeling.
