So I had a breast reduction about a year ago from a F down to a D.
I lost temperature sensation in my nipples, but I can still vaguely feel touch. I used to love breast play and pinching. But now certain sensations can really hurt!
And the different can be slight too: sucking is great, but if my partner's teeth bite down, even very lightly I get a horrible shock of pain.
Has anyone else had a breast reduction? Have you found ways for breast play without so much pain?
My partner is becoming afraid to play with my breasts because he has hurt me a few times. ; (

Interesting comments. My wife has wanted breast reduction for a long time. I discouraged the idea for the reasons you mention. Luckily for us we don't have the disposable income to cover the costs - so she's still hauling around her g/h breasts.

She had a breast biopsy recently - and that breast has some of the same issues of sensitivities that you describe. We've been told the symptoms will abate over time.

I sympathize with you and your partner. I am unable to play with my wife's nipples because she often complains that it is uncomfortable but there are times when she is in a great orgasm that she wants me to be rough with her nipples.
It is difficult to find the proper touch at the appropriate times unless she communicates her desire. She does not like to tell me and wants me to just "know".

Depending on the type of biopsy and location, it will take several days for most of the discomfort to abate. However strenuous activity within the first two weeks of most procedures can lengthen recovery time.

Regarding breast reduction sensitivity. Sensory changes to the breasts such as decreased or increased sensitivity, complete or partial numbness, burning, etc. are quite common after breast augmentation. Most of these sensory changes are just temporary, lasting for several weeks or perhaps months and should resolve in time.

However in a small percentage of cases (around 7% to 9% according to the "American Society of Plastic Surgeons") it can take years for the nerves to stabilise and sometimes they may remain as they are.

My wife expects me to know what she wants, how hard, and at the exact time. If I am too rough or rough too soon it kills the entire experience. It is sooooo frustrating!
