It is fairly easy to use. It's also gorgeous, slightly heavier than the usual lower priced floggers and it isn't perfectly weighted. Still for learning your way this is an excellent flogger. The falls on it are fairly long.

I would suggest finding some videos on flogging and practice on a towel for a bit. Take it slow and start out gentle and slowly build up intensity.

This is a fun flogger but as Airen said it takes some time to learn to use it the proper way. Try out the things she says and let us know how it comes out. I hope you have a lot of fun with learning.
