I'm sure there are some you can find for gags and costumes, but realistic boobs may be a bit too much to ask for. You may want to contact a toy maker that has their own specialty niche and make an offer and suggestion. You may be able to get a decent pair. There are also those female skins that transexuals wear that have breasts built-in. There may be a top version of that.

If you are creative enough, you could pick up Jenna's perfect pair, slice off the breasts from the chest portion and retrofit them to a bra.
