I consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to fetishes, toys, and bondage, but I just do not understand what ball stretchers are all about. Are they supposed to be painful? Are they dangerous in any way? Are they intended as a device for permanently or semi-permanently altering the appearance of one's scrotum, or just as a toy during bondage play?
