I really like mine, mostly because I'll completely forget to do Kegels if I don't have them in. Plus there's an arousal bonus of having something moving around inside of me that no one knows about. I've noticed a significant difference in strength since using them.

I LOVE mine, although I really want to get a few new ones of different weights and styles. They're great for increasing pleasure and I know I'll never have all the issues women face after childbirth and with age! Kegals of steel, that fits perfectly!!!

I haven't found any that I really enjoy using. I just do kegels on my own. I think my muscles are pretty strong

I didn't notice any improvement, but I think that's because I had really strong muscles to start with. I could already squeeze hard enough to hurt my partner's penis. I didn't really get any pleasure from using them either, although it was kind of an interesting feeling.
I don't use exercisers anymore, or do kegels, but I naturally clench my muscles throughout sex/masturbation or just when I'm aroused, and that seems to be enough to keep my muscles strong.

I chose other because I've not used the balls, but you can do the exact same kegels with the exact same effect with no balls at all. Also, I don't think they're necessary to "tighten". While it may be fun or nice, it's not needed. The vagina is like elastic. For me, I can leave them. I don't need them, but do kegels for fun. I do want to try them to see what all the hype about "wonderful orgasms" is about.

My interest is more in improving bladder muscles than for orgasms or tightening, etc.
I think my actual vaginal muscles are pretty strong already. I sometimes clench hard enough when I orgasm to make my poor partner have to fight to stay inside me.
I'm just wondering if balls would help with the bladder thing or at least help remind me to do the exercises. Or... If I can just masturbate a lot! Hah.

I love my Smartballs and I did notice a big difference after wearing them, but I always forget to put them in. Weeks and weeks will go by and then oh yeah! I'm supposed to have those in sometimes! Haha, oh well.

I love my K Balls. I have two sets, the Fun Factory Smart Balls and the L'Amoure set. They are both nice and both do the job comfortably.
I do know my pelvic muscles are stronger, I have somewhat stronger orgasms, and I love using them. (I get too aroused, though. I can't wear them out of the house.)
In my review of the l'amoure balls I explain HOW to use K Balls. You don't just jam them all the way in! The placement of the balls is important.
