I've only tried the one, so I don't have any good tips for that.

Stacy's Pita Chips, maybe?

They're supposed to be all natural and all that good stuff. I just think of them as "delicious". I do like a good whole wheat pita pocket with tuna, cucumbers and tomatoes.

As we're getting close to the end of the meeting, is everyone feeling ready for the giftcard giveaways? I know Melissa is still answering some of your awesome questions so we'll keep on having the meeting as long as we have things to talk about But let's do the giveaways at the same time, in case others have to get going.

The first $25 EF giftcard will be awarded to the first person who can correctly name this lesser-known kitchen implement from the pictures that I post.

As the meeting has gone along, I have saved your names each time you've asked a question to Melissa starting with an asterisk. I'm going to head back to my Excel spreadsheet and randomize them, and the first name after they've been randomized will get the second question.

While I'm playing with Excel, is everybody ready for the kitchen implement game?

Only one member of my family will eat lettuce with me..
I think it's how the lettuce is served up and what's it's served with! I actually hate salads in restaurants because I only ever get iceberg lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers (which I hate...yes, I'm a freak).

Have you tried kale salads? OMG...they're soooooo good. Take a look at this recipe: link

I have been having trouble finding PITA where I am. SO on my list goes pita bread and hummus, hopefully I will find it soon.

My favorite pita is this:

You can make it whole wheat or white or any split in the middle.

This is the easiest bread recipe I know, it's always the one I start with when someone wants to learn to bake. It's impossible to fail at.

Hey Say, take that to heart!

My mom love hummus on her pretzels. I prefer french bread. A lot of people do it with carrots or celery. Just try a few things see what flavor combo you like.

Haha. I don't think I'll ever be ready for the utensil picture. I only use really common ones!
