Honestly, even when I barely had a penny to my name, I ate well. Things like kale and veggies are cheap and you can get away with not buying organic. Buy those plus grains and legumes and it's a cheap little shopping trip!

You're always better to try to work on the digestive system which will help to clear up the sinuses. Sinus congestion is only a SYMPTOM! In your large intestine you have over 70% of your immune system and when that fails, it produces histamine that sets off allergic reactions. Digestion is usually the source for MOST issues!

I've also got some tricks up my sleeve in terms of clearing it out that I provide my patients with in consult that they can do on themselves at night
