Welcome to the first meeting of EdenBloggers! This will be a monthly-run meeting similar to Porn Club and Naked Reader Club - except we'll be discussing issues related to blogging. Each month, there will be a new topic discussed in our hour-long meeting that will be related to blogging. The meetings are currently being planned for the last Thursday of every month, but you know how life pops up, so plan for that day, but it's not a 100% guarantee. The meetings will take place at 7pm Eastern Time. For an easy translation, check out the Time Zone Converter. For easy reference, it's the same time zones that all EF activities are on.
While I'm sure the majority of us on here are sex bloggers, this club is open to all types of blogging. Whether you do personal blogging, art blogging, news blogging, or whatever you do, you're welcome to participate. Those who don't own a blog but are interested are definitely allowed as well. Anyone in the EF community can participate!
A lot of us can have questions about how best to run our blogs. These meetings will focus on answering those questions to make you skill in what content to post, when to post content, how to gain more readers, search engine optimization, and other blog-related issues. (And we're always taking suggestions!)
This first meeting is going to focus on discussion about the future of the club as well as a looking into the different ways to host your blog. Please join us to discuss blogging issues and learn more about how to improve your blog and to discuss issues that are important to bloggers.
The first meeting will be January 27th, 2011 at 7pm Eastern Time. Stop in early to say hello, and be prepared to win some prizes during the meeting! I'm looking forward to seeing you there!
