iRabbit vibrator by Doc Johnson -- Concern

Hey so my husband bought me your product as a Christmas present this past year and it worked fine for the first good bit, but lately I seem to be having more problems with it. When I'm using the toy and things start "getting to that point" obviously my muscles down there start to contract. Anyway, the toy has taken to just completely turning itself off which as I'm sure you can imagine is REALLY annoying because it gets me to that point and then just stops.

Any ideas/suggestions/ information? Is this a common problem?

Oh yeah, and I changed the batteries but it doesn't seem to have helped at all. :s

thanks,
-C

Hey there!

It's not a common problem. And we're sorry that you're having a difficult time with the iRabbit

I talked to the Director of Product Development here at Doc and he said:

"If the beads are constricted heavily then they will stop moving and the rabbit will turn itself off as a safety feature. Otherwise, the gears that make the beads rotate will heat up and that could cause a problem.

This should not happen under normal resistance. I am unable to know if this is the case in this situation. If the rabbit is turning off without great resistance than the product has a defect."

Not to be TMI, but either it's a defective toy (in which case, you might want to look into returning it) or... you have really strong PC muscles and your contractions (which are typical when you get close to orgasm) are causing the rotation to stop.

On a personal note: Many years ago, with the second rabbit I ever owned, I had a similar problem... my muscles were stronger than the motor. I totally understand your frustration too - it annoyed me. Over the years, I have moved onto deeper (kind of undulating) vibrations for g-spot stimulation and I like it better. Just something to try.

Thanks!

Thanks for looking into it for me. I think I'll try your suggestion of a different type of vibrator in the future. I know I do have strong PC muscles, but I didn't realize they were that strong.
