I just got a package from EF in the mail, and I was so excited to get it. I opened it up, and saw my collar. It looked different than in the website photo. I bought the ruff doggie styles heart beat collar: link
There is no ring on it to attach a leash to, but the picture on the website clearly shows one, and the reviews mention having one. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I send in a support ticket? (I just had to do one for my last order, too)

I just got the same one in the mail and the same thing is wrong with it. I don't think it's a defect. The reviews said that everyone had a slightly different one. Some had white stitching, no D ring, etc. Did yours have a horrible smell?

No, mine doesn't have a smell. But upon closer inspection to my order... I noticed that the "heart wrist cuffs" I ordered came as "Heart ankle cuffs"... Which I wanted but were out of stock. So I had to submit that with my ticket. I'm unsure of what to do.

They will ship you those once they come back in stock. Those are likely on back order.

Good to hear yours doesn't have a smell. Mine smelt like wet leather that didn't properly dry.

No,I did not order the ankle cuffs. I placed an order only for the wrist cuffs, which were in stock when I ordered them. The sheet of paper that gets sent with your order says wrist cuffs. I was sent ankle cuffs, which I did not order (but wanted to, but couldn't as they were out of stock).

I brought it up to my nose, and I could smell the leather. It wasn't bad though.

My bad. I didn't read that right. They'll probably give you the option to keep those cuffs or send them back for the switch.

I hope they let me keep them and just order the wrist ones again. Looks like I should go put an alert on the wrist cuffs for when they're back in stock as well. My boyfriend and I really wanted to use all of our stuff this weekend but it looks like I have to wait until after Monday to see what EF says.

I sent in a support ticket. The collar isn't that big of a deal. I was just wondering if it was defective because it wasn't like the one I saw them advertising for sale.
But when I was writing that ticket, I looked closely at the rest of the order and realized I got ankle cuffs instead of wrist cuffs!
