Try the Tantus Ryder, it's the most comfortable butt plug I've ever used.

I've heard the Njoy Pure Plug is very comfortable for extended use. I don't know for sure, but I am planning to purchase it soon to find out.

Look for a long neck and rounded contours. Vixen's silicone is the softest out there for plugs, but a lot of their plugs can come out. The Tristan is the best of the lot and is comfortable, but you do need to consciously "hold it in" every once and a while. The base isn't discreet, either, so it's best not to wear in public unless you have loose clothes.

The Ryder or Severin series are good, comfy, mid-to-long term plugs. If you want something just a touch bigger the A-Bomb is also very comfortable, but it requires a bit more work to get in.

The Pure Plugs are supposed to be good, haven't tried one. If you have very small buttocks you might have a problem with the handle. The Love Pacifier is a similar design in silicone.

My personal opinion is that the base of the Ryder makes it much better suited for long term wear than the Severin. Tantus may have improved the base of the Severin though. Which size Severin is completely up to you. The small will be the easiest to get in, but if you are looking for a little stretch, go bigger. Another good long term wearing plug is the Bootie, but it is smaller than any of these, so if you are looking for a bigger size, forget the Bootie.

I really like the Njoy med for extended wear and it has never popped out on me. The Ryder I also find excellent and use it often as a warm-up plug. It also stays in place and I don't have a large butt.
I also have the Tristan but as ScottA mentioned, it is very comfortable but it does require occasional awareness to keep it in place during extended wear.
I guess overall, I jut wouldn't want to part with my Pure Plug....

I wear my Tantus Ryder near daily. It is comfy, pleasurable and stays in place very well.

How well? Recently I experienced five days of swelling and itching from a toy made of iffy materials. During that time I couldn't use my Nexus G-Rider, because I couldn't hold it in, except with my hand. I had never had a problem with the G-Rider before. However, I could use the Tantus Ryder. I could feel the swelling trying to push it out, but it stayed in place without a problem. Was even still comfy despite the swelling.
