I haven't and wouldn't recommend it for a first time (unless it's planned in advance). You want to work up to anal and have both partners on-board and not feeling compelled.

Wasn't on my birthday. Also... I don't get the whole "birthday sex" thing in the first place. Sex is sex... so aside from legal age of consent, I don't see how birthdays factor into it at all.
