Do WOMAN "freshen up" before oral sex is received, more or less then men?

The idea of "Freshening up" before you know you are going to be recieving oral from a partner has been asked, but our Friday night dinner group "free for all speak-easy" was discussing this, and it seems, in our group, the ladies were far more concerned with "freshening up" before getting oral, then the guys were. My hubby being an exception...admitting HE does not feel comfortable at all getting oral unless he knows he has had a moment to use a wet towel or at least a "Wet" towelette to "freshen up" down there.
SO..our Poll Question....is it more MEN or WOMAN concerned with this issue? less
