As far as I know, they don't make a toy specifically for that, but in my experience, any phallic-shaped object will do, and they make a ton of books on the subject. I would get to reading reviews to see which would best suit your needs.

If you are going to purchase a realistic dildo to practice on, I suggest choosing one closest to your partners shape and size. This may help if you are practicing deep throating.

I think this is a great idea. But like Mr and Mrs Peg said, be sure it's something really safe. Also, be careful with deep throating.
