Generally my wife's nipples are not that sensitive - they both come in at about 5 out of 10.

Never noticed one being more sensitive, so they must be really close to the same sensitivity. On another note though, my nipple sensitivity did increase after I had them pierced & to this day (took out the piercings within months of having them done, which was about 6 years ago) are still extremely sensitive. I see it as a plus though because I can REALLY get excited over the smallest nipple rubbing!

Mine were never at all sensitive until after my breast reduction surgery. Now they're sensitive & the left nipple is more so than the right!
