Absolutely. My SO and I are pretty consistent about giggling at least once a session. Someone makes a funny face? Laugh. A funny noise? Laugh harder. Sometimes we talk about random things while we make love and we get to cracking up. Sex is happy, like you said. And it is absolutely wonderful.

That being said, I've done everything on that list except belch or sneeze.

I have done some of these things, but laughing during sex is not necessarily a bad thing. I think that to have a good sexual partner you both have to have a good sense of humor.
