Big ass vibrating pussy...

Anyone ever tried a pussy pump?
If so would you recommend one?

Does the word "PUSSY" offend you, even in the slightest, when used in the text of a forum question?
In a question I submitted on the same day as this question, I had written the word pussy into the question, then replaced it with the word vagina. I.

I'm guessing it's just a way to remind yourself to do kegels ?

It doesn't really make the vagina "tighter" - just stronger.

You can do them any time, though - peeing not required.

Yes, Kegels. You can get Ben Wa balls here on EF for that type of exercise.

Everything they all said PLUS do not do that. It's not healthy for your body to withold bodily functions and I'm not sure but it might make it more likely for you to get an infection. Just to be safe, don't do this. You can do those exercises WITHOUT holding back urine.

Like everyone else mentioned, you're talking about Kegel (pelvic floor) exercise. Instead of doing it while you're peeing, you can practice the same contracting and relaxing exercise while you're sitting in front of your computer.

I have heard it's like kegels, but my Dr. told me you can get bladder infections that way, so beware!

That's the way to learn to do Kegels. Once you know what muscles to clench and unclench STOP doing this while you urinte. You can trigger a UTI.

Once you know which muscles to use, do Kegels (clenching and relaxing the muscles for a few seconds 10 times in a row, several reps of these) several times a day.

It doesn't "make a vagina tighter" (as someone else also said) but it will increase PC muscle strength, may cause stronger orgasms and better vaginal health. This may also make childbirth easier, if done properly and enough.

Also, toys like Kegel balls or weighted barbells for the vagina or even electrified vibrators can help you Kegel.

Smart Balls by Fun Factory (left) and L'Amore system (right) both good for Kegel exercises.

I like the low tech approach of doing them on your own and then maybe getting a nice set of balls like the Smart Balls or the L'Amore set. At least to start.

I'm glad you mentioned that because I was going to state it, and will reinforce it. DO NOT EVER hold back your urine flow, it is very unhealthy and can lead to urinary tract infectionss
