It is okay, but not my favorite, but I love pumpkin bread and cookies. I think it is the texture of the filling that turns me off. I prefer strawberry cheesecake, personally.

Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. I made my husband a birthday cake that was lightly cocoa flavored cake, with lightly pumpkin flavored frosting. Super moist and fluffy. Added whipped cream on top and it tastes just like a smooth pumpkin pie, with the cake texture. Mmmmmmm:-D

I love pumpkin pie but only my grandmother's recipe. In my family I'm the only one that makes it. My mother just complained that they won't have any pie because I won't be there. I guess it skipped a generation. Every one who tries my pie likes it. I've converted many haters.

i generally only just like it if there is a lot of cinnamon/nutmeg/cloves etc in it to give it more of that flavor. Otherwise pumpkin flavor in general is freaken nasty.
