You can do whatever your heart desires for example say someone took a lovely picture of a scenery and burnt it, spread the ashes on the ground, took another picture, burnt that picture and froze the ashes, then unthawed them and mixed them int paint and painted a lovely picture, I am good with that also.

What I mean is you can use as many medias/mediums you feel like!

I can't actually paint either. I am thinking of entering a photograph...one that hasn't been set on fire. We shall see if I actually get it done.

I can't paint straight lines, either!! Straight lines are hard and I went to art school. For a year. Maybe if I went longer I could do better.

I think I have had it with my current piece, I worked on it for a few hours for a few days, even stayed up all one night! I will either turn it in soon or I will play with something a little less "odd" first.

Not sure, it's costing me over 300 for all of this. New CPU, new motherboard, new power supply (apparently it just magically stopped working at the shop), reformatting for a new operating system. Basically the works.

Which means no sex toy money for a while, either. :<

I think I am changing the allocated time for late entries to 3-5 days, how do you feel about that? This way we can get the voting before some of the Holidays.

If we begin to vote on the 13th, and vote for a week or so then we can get it done before a few of the holidays.

Let me know how you feel!

Honestly, I don't see this being a problem. I thought that the ten day grace period seemed like a bit much, although I understand that you wanted to try accommodate people that may be extra busy given the time of year.

I think we will go with the three day grace period. I think that 3 days should be enough for everyone.

Nope, no one asked for an extension. I think I will go with 3 days in case someone has lost power due to winter storms.

3days should be adequate.

Hey everyone, just reminding you that it is the 8th, and you all got till midnight on the 9th. meaning when the clock strikes 12 to turn from 9th to the 10th you will not be allowed to enter (unless you have a good excuse) Then there will be a 3 day grace period before the entries go to vote.

How do you all feel about blind entries, by this I mean, I do not point out who made what? This way the art is getting voted for and not the person. How do you all feel about that? I am willing to do it either way!

Also please, if you get the chance please read my new DVD review on Pirates Stagnetti's revenge

I think it would be best not to include the names until there is a winner. Now if only I set aside time to finish mine between the food shopping and kids concert tonight lol

I am uncomfortable with uploading over 1000 pixels, I hope my "small" size will be OK. I think it's big enough to view pretty well.
