Walking is my favorite. It's relaxing and I get to learn/enjoy the area.

Walking. Because it's the only exercise I really know how to do.

I can't run, because they assume that well-endowed women hate to exercise, and don't make proper sports bras for us. Not in the under $80 range, anyway. So anything that gets up a good sweat and does not involve a lot of bouncing - I spend a lot of time on exercise bikes and ellipticals. And I lift weights, because I like to.

Awww, you do that as a couple? That's adorable, I try to get my boyfriend to work out with me but since we work conflicting schedules and he's lazy as sin it's hard. I wish I had a S.O to work out with and push each other to make ourselves sexy.

Jealous, I'd love to have someplace to put an Elliptical (or money to buy one. >.>) but we live in an upper and that would probably be noisy for the downstairs neighbors.

This site looked like they had some bigger busted athletic bras, I buy mine from Victoria's secret and I can't imagine working out in a regular bra, I work hard and get under boob sweat (Yuck ). Also I totally get you, I don't know why clothing industries shun BBW, America has a very high obesity rate through either overeating, medical problem what have you you would think that some designers would clue in and make some cute affordable clothes, i get that it's more material but i don't understand how you can go buy an adorable swimsuit at a store for like 10 bucks in small sizes but have to fork over 80 plus dollars online for a suite that doesn't look like it belongs to your 70 year old grandma. Ugh.

I love to jog / run. It seems more fun because I go to the park, get to be outside, see other people and sunshine. I walk occasionally but it does seem a little boring after all that running!

I do do strength (with hand weights) and yoga at home with DVDs and websites, but to be honest it's more because I *should*, because I don't have much fun!

I rarely ever exercise, and when I do it's typically taking a long walk... However, I really wish I had a pool. I love swimming!

I used to run a lot and I always lost weight and kept it off that way. Now i'm trying out daily challenges - like legs, abs, and arm - that get progressively harder with each day. I'm starting a new one on Saturday.

I feel like running doesn't do anything for me. I walk everywhere because it's my mode of transportation and I like doing crunches/situps to tone my tummy.

My favorite type of exercise is organized sports. I will do other sorts of things if I have to, but by far my favorite way to work out is either dancing (and I don't like zumba much, so I mean real dancing) or doing some sort of sport.

I am ridiculously out of shape, but back when I had a tight, toned little body, elliptical and free weights were my favorite. Working on getting back to that point - one day of exercise at a time, right?
