I so much do not want to acknowledge what I am about to post...
I had a complete signal loss on the satellite TV and went to go out to the dish and sweep snow off of it. This happens frequently in the winter here--we currently just got buried overnight with 14 inches of snow. When I opened the door to go out, there was a light on over the mountains and I thought it was the moon...until it faded out.
It has been an hour and there has been no re-occurrence of the light. It is on the wrong mountain range for it to be the Northern Lights...There are no clouds and my satellite came on when the light faded out. I just woke up a few hours ago and am not sleep deprived or on any medication. I am seriously not sure what the heck I just saw in the sky. The mountains are the Rockies...no civilization of any kind that high up (or roads either, not that you could access any of them this time of year). The light also spanned three peaks that are pretty far apart.
So--opinions? (Be nice, I do NOT believe in aliens...unless I wake up in an MRI machine after a car crash I do not know I have been in--long story! I do respect those that do, we are all intelligent people with varied experiences and beliefs.)
