While I like my Progasm, it's kind of expensive for a first toy if you're unsure about how well you'll like prostate stimulation. You might want to try link - it's plastic, which I think is a bit safer material than the Sil-A-Gel, and looks like it can be manipulated much more easily than the Titanman Master Tool.
