My wife and I both prefer dildos that are close to her skin tone. Vixskin's Caramel is pretty close. Non-realistic colors are also OK, like red or black. We don't like realistic tones that don't match her skin, though.

Color makes a difference definitely. My partner and I definitely prefer not to have flesh colored toys, so finding fun and colorful toys is definitely a plus.

It matters. I don't really care for flesh colored dildos. Part of it is a race issue (skin tones don't match mine, my inter-racial relationships) and part of it is that I like to look at my toys, so fun colors are better.

Same as Wahine, but I do prefer certain colors over other ones. Shape is the main thing I am concerned about and it really trumps all other aspects, but I do favor certain colors. Color usually will not be a dealbreaker if the shape and material are good.

Color and appearance does matter with my toys. If I don't find them appealing, my vagina will hear about it from my brain before use and I'll end up enjoying the toy less than, say, if it were in a color I preferred.

My body likes realistic, but my eyes don't. So I compromise and go for realistic shapes and unrealistic colors. Realistic shapes AND colors at the same time are too off-putting for this vagina lover...
