At one point I disliked the dildos with balls. Not really sure why, as they make certain types of play easier. Over the years I have gotten used to them and now have a quite a few in my collection that have balls. Yeah some of them might not be able to fit into my harnesses but I can still have fun with them.

When I'm wearing a strapon harness, the dildo's balls will get in the way of my own cock. I have to turn the dildo around so that doesn't happen and it looks weird to have the balls above the dildo.

I have both types and enjoy them both. My preference is based on how I am using the toy. For hand held use, I normally prefer dildos with balls. For harness use I normally prefer without balls.

I'm a fan of balls in general, so I enjoy the aesthetics of the dildo with balls. Without them, it just seems like something's...missing.
I haven't done a lot of strap-on play, though, so I've never considered the problem with them getting in the way of the harness. I'll keep that in mind for the future.

Obviously, you're not alone being turned off by realistic dildos. I just don't like how they tend to feel because the ridges from all that realistic sculpting are too hard and always feel like they're scraping me raw inside, whether it's a large or small VixSkin. I thought I hated a pronounced head on a dildo for that reason, until I got this dildo and it changed everything. I am in love with this silly looking dildo . Interestingly enough it comes with a creepy 'monoball' which looks weird, but turns out to be perfect for holding the thing. Balls, no balls, whatever...I could care less. To be honest, I've only ever used dildos without balls. I'm not sure how that would make me feel? That might be too close to home for me, then again, I'm not too sure who has a pink cotton candy colored penis or an ice blue colored penis either. I think that might be laughable and benign.
