They are incredibly heavy, however, some enjoy that form of stimulation. I will say that, due to the heft, the feeling of a stone toy is very intense and more focused.

I have seen and felt up a marble dildo and I drooled. I saw a rose quartz one once too.

I'm sure they make absolutely beautiful sculptures but I think they'd be even less forgiving than glass! And the sanitation factor would worry me.

It can be so sleek you forget it's stone or it can be less refined and more natural in design. It all depends on your taste.
Actual stone however can be porous and can have small defects, even hairline cracks depending on the material and quality of the workmanship.
But it so worth it.
