I did a quick search through the products here, and unfortunately the longest penetrable length seems to be this one with 8" for the anus, and it's pretty pricey.
At that length, it'll be hard to find a toy that he can go all the way into (after all, nearly all humans can't even take that much length). If that's all he'll settle for, he would need to scour the depths of the internet or see if there are custom made ones somewhere.

I'm also wondering if you measured correctly. As Svenson pointed out, he is in a very elite class. It is very rare to be that long. Has he considered getting into Adult Entertainment? Depending on his look and how well he gets along with others, he might do very well.
